The student applying for the course and agreeing to the terms and conditions clause must be at least 18 years of age.

**Agreements:**

Information provided by our company, including documents or any other means, is solely intended to assist students in the admission process of their desired course.

Company Lumeen Edu Services grants you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license that terminates upon your completion of the course, your cessation of use of the course or the website, or the termination of this agreement.

If we suspect that login credentials, the course, or related materials are being shared, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the course.

You hereby acknowledge and agree:

1. A) You are solely and exclusively responsible for the choices you make regarding this course, the materials within it, or any significant changes to your business or life.
2. B) You are solely and exclusively responsible for your mental health, physical health, business decisions, and any other actions or inaction you choose to take.
3. C) We are not liable for any result or non-result or any consequences that may arise due to your participation in the course.

VII) To publish or distribute any material that incites violence, hate, or discrimination towards any group.

We receive a commission based on the percentage of the sale of goods or services on or through the course or website. We may also accept advertising and sponsorships or receive other forms of advertising compensation.
